
Often, it can be a challenge to separate ourselves from our thoughts or even to separate our thoughts from our bodies. This practice explores the Koshas, five layers of awareness. The cumulative energy in these five layers helps us to identify and have a sense of Self. With this meditation, we'll use a variety of breathing techniques and the 'felt' sense to isolate each layer of awareness, then, fully integrate each layer into an experience translating to a sense of well-being.
