Step 1: Tidy up your home.

Step 2: Have a small plate or bowl with you to catch any ash that falls from your sage or palo santo stick.

Step 3: Create an affirmation, prayer or blessing for your home. See suggestions below.

Step 4: With your plate or bowl nearby, light your sage or palo santo until it glows with a small flame. Blow it out. With bowl/plate in left hand and sage/palo santo in right, walk to your front door. Make clockwise circles in your home’s entryway. Make your way around your space or entire home moving in a clockwise direction around the space. When you’re done, you may snuff out the smudge stick by sticking it in some dry dirt or sand. I usually put mine out in a houseplant. *You can run water over it to stop the smoke, but it will take time to dry out before your next use*

Step 4: Draw a warm bath and add just a couple drops of essential oil. Use your goat’s milk bath treatment bar to gently exfoliate and rehydrate.

Step 5: Use the Home Spray in any room or on linens to quickly freshen up the air.
